Whiskey Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Current Spirits Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Honey or Demerara syrup
- 3 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 each Egg Whites
- Garnish with Orange twist
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Dry shake till ingredients feel like they’ve disappeared.
Add a few ice cubes and shake just till chilled to not crush the egg white head. Strain into a chilled glass.
